Ground Floor and Garden

We are presently finalizing plans with a Czech non-profit organization to host an art therapy atelier and Czech language program for young people which we hope will begin in June 2012.

As these activities will occur on a limited schedule, the space will continue to be available for other uses.

First Floor

The first floor will be  available for occupancy in August 2012. Although it has been used as a residential flat for more than fifty years, many of its original architectural details are intact and ready for restoration. The space is approximately 124 square meters and is best suited for office use or as a temporary residence and/or workspace.

The occupants of the first floor will have the use of the ground floor and garden facilities for their events.

Second Floor 

The second floor is a separate three bedroom flat with all facilities, approximately 95 square meters in size. It was reconstructed in 1979 by the current occupant. Once vacant, it will be offered for use in residency programs for visiting academicians, artists, etc., in conjunction with or independently of the ground and first floors.
